Indian Web Proxy is very easy to configure but can sometimes it's hard to make it browse, especially 4 those that have not been able to make it browse 4 d first trying So I want to make everything very simple here, below is d screen shot of d complete settings including a working server 4 u to enjoy... Remember the server is the most important thing, once it gets blocked create another server.
To make it browse, change your Mozilla Firefox >>http proxy to 127.0.0.1>>port:6050 & ssl proxy to 127.0.0.1>>port:6051 then open your Indian Web Proxy & click start, just wait for some seconds then try browsing on your Mozilla Firefox, if it opens white page just try reloading until it starts browsing, but if it continues to load without opening any page, change your Indian Web Proxy (PHP) Web Server IP from>>wap.mtnonline.com to www.mtnonline.com or the other way round & then try browsing again.see screen shot below,

Make sure you have java runtime environment installed on your system, bcos IWP is a java
application, it wont run without JRE... Unzip the IWP folder & locate IndiaWebProxy from the setup folder, & launch it. You can download JRE from here
For your Mozilla firefox proxy sittings, use:
http proxy= 127.0.0.1 port= 6050
ssl proxy= 127.0.0.1 port= 6051
